• Understanding of hygiene, safety, consultation, and client care

• Ability to perform standard procedures independently

SIQF Level 3 — Diploma

SIQF Level 4 — Advanced Diploma / PG Diploma

• Management of complex cases

• Viva voce / interview

• Attendance requirements - 85% in theory & practical sessions

SIQF Level 5 — Fellowship (FSIB)

Indicative Alignment: RQF Level 6

Entry Criteria

• Advanced Diploma / PG Diploma or significant professional experience

• Minimum clinical/practical experience recommended

Competency Criteria

• Specialist-level professional competency

• Leadership in practice and education

• Ability to mentor junior professionals

• Advanced ethical and clinical standards

Assessment

• Fellowship dissertation/project

• Clinical case presentation

• Professional interview

• Portfolio evaluation

• Attendance requirements - 90% in theory & practical sessions

• Annual SIB-CPD Requirement for registration renewal : 25 Credits

 

SIQF Level 6 — Regional Master Trainer (RMTS)

Indicative Alignment: RQF Level 6

Entry Criteria

• Fellowship or equivalent senior professional status

• Minimum 1 year teaching, training, or clinical education experience at a recognised institute, academy, university, or professional training organisation

• Active involvement in practical or theoretical education delivery

• Successful completion of required SIB-CPD credits

Minimum Annual SIB-CPD Requirements:

• Participation in seminars, workshops, webinars, conferences, or academic training activities

Minimum recommended CPD credits annually as prescribed by SIB Academic Council

• Suggested CPD Requirement : 30 SIB-CPD Credits annually

SIQF Level 7 — National Grand Master (NGMS)

Indicative Alignment: RQF Level 7

Entry Criteria

• Minimum 5 years teaching or academic leadership experience

• Ownership, co-ownership, academic directorship, or leadership role in an institute, academy, or training organisation preferred

• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and conducting professional courses or educational programs at national level

• Fulfilment of annual SIB-CPD requirements

Minimum Annual SIB-CPD Requirements:
Applicants should demonstrate active national or international academic participation through:

• Minimum 5 national webinars, seminars, conferences, workshops, or congresses annually
  OR

• Minimum 2 international seminars, conferences, workshops, or congresses annually

Suggested CPD Requirement:

• 60 SIB-CPD Credits annually

Competency Criteria

• National-level expertise

• Significant contributions to education, research, innovation, or industry development

• Ability to lead large academic/professional initiatives

Assessment

• National contribution portfolio

• Research/publication review

• Advanced professional interview

• Board evaluation

• Applicants should demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of significant professional, educational, research, leadership, or industry contribution at a national level.

SIQF Level 8 — International Grand Master (SIGMA)

Indicative Alignment: RQF Level 8

Entry Criteria

• Exceptional international professional standing

• Minimum 10 years teaching, training, academic leadership, or institutional experience

• Ownership or leadership of an educational institution, academy, university department, or international training organisation preferred

• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and conducting professional educational programs at national and international levels

• Significant contribution towards international education, innovation, mentorship, research, or industry advancement

• Fulfilment of annual SIB-CPD requirements

Minimum Annual SIB-CPD Requirements:
Applicants should demonstrate continuous international academic engagement through:

• Participation in minimum 2 international seminars, conferences, congresses, workshops, or educational forums annually

• Suggested CPD Requirement : 100 SIB-CPD Credits annually

Competency Criteria

• Global leadership and influence

• International teaching, innovation, research, or clinical excellence

• Outstanding contribution to the beauty, wellness, aesthetics, PMU, cosmetology, trichology, or spa industries

Assessment

• International achievement portfolio

• Peer/board review

• Research, innovation, or lifetime achievement evaluation

• Final approval by SIGMA International Board Academic Council

• Applicants should demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of outstanding international professional experience, leadership, innovation, research, education, or contribution to the global industry.
