For SIGMA International Board (SIB) & SIGMA – Supreme International Grand Masters Alliance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of all services, platforms, certifications, accreditations, affiliations, and programs offered by SIGMA International Board (SIB) & SIGMA – Supreme International Grand Masters Alliance ("SIGMA International Board", "SIB", “SIGMA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, submitting an application, making a payment, or using any SIB &/or SIGMA service, you (“you”, “user”, “applicant”, “centre”, “institute”, “member”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use SIB / SIGMA services.

1. Nature of Services
   SIGMA International Board is a private, independent professional certification and accreditation body. All certifications, accreditations, affiliations, memberships, and recognitions issued by SIB are private professional credentials and do not represent government licensure or statutory registration.

2. Eligibility
   Applicants must be legally competent to enter into binding agreements under the laws of India. Institutes must be legally registered entities and must submit true, complete, and accurate documentation at the time of application.

3. Application and Approval
   Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. SIB reserves the sole right to grant or refuse certification, accreditation, or affiliation based on internal evaluation standards, audit findings, and compliance requirements. All decisions made by SIB shall be final and binding.

4. Fees and Payments
   All fees paid to SIB are for professional evaluation, processing, and administrative services. Fees are non-transferable. Refunds, if any, shall be governed strictly by the SIB Refund Policy published separately.

5. Use of Name, Logo, and Certification
   Use of SIB / SIGMA name, logo, seal, certificate, or branding is permitted only to approved and valid members or institutes and only for the approved scope and duration.
   Misuse, misrepresentation, alteration, or unauthorized display of SIB / SIGMA credentials shall result in immediate revocation and legal action where applicable.

6. Validity and Renewal
   All certifications and accreditations are issued for a defined validity period. Renewal is subject to compliance review, fee payment, and continued adherence to SIB standards.

7. Compliance and Audit
   SIB reserves the right to conduct audits, inspections, or compliance reviews, physical or digital, at any time during the validity period. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of certification or affiliation.

8. Limitation of Liability
   SIB shall not be responsible for any business loss, reputation loss, financial damage, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or credentials. Certification does not guarantee commercial success or legal immunity.

9. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIB, its officers, directors, evaluators, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of SIB credentials.

10. Data Protection
    Personal and institutional data shall be collected and processed in accordance with the SIB Privacy Policy. By using SIB services, you consent to such data processing.

11. Suspension and Termination
    SIB reserves the right to suspend or terminate certification, accreditation, or affiliation without refund if false information is provided, standards are violated, or these Terms are breached.

12. Intellectual Property
    All content, systems, materials, standards, and logos related to SIB are the intellectual property of SIGMA International Board and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13. Force Majeure
    SIB shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions.

14. Amendments
    SIB may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms shall be effective upon publication.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    All disputes arising out of or relating to SIGMA International Board & SIGMA– Supreme International Grand Masters Alliance, shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
